Terms and Conditions
Payment:
I require the full payment before I start your commission.
I accept payments through PAYPAL or through my Etsy shop.
If you want to pay on Etsy, I will make a custom listing for that you can add to your cart.
Note that taxes will be an additional cost to any of my commission quotes.
Prices are calculated in CAD
Usage:
With proper credit, my artwork may be reuploaded to social media if you are the commissioner.
You do not have permission to use my art for the purpose of training/creating AI art or for use as an NFT.
You do not have permission to credit my art as your own work.
Process:
For digital art pieces, I will show sketches, and we can communicate if alterations are needed.
Once the final sketch has been approved, only minor alterations are allowed. (slight colour changes, small details, etc.)
If you do require complex changes, additional charges may apply.
Ettiquette:
Please be patient and respectful! I do not work on near or tight deadlines. But feel free to DM me on the status of your commission! I'm happy to share WIPs and I will do my best to respond to you quickly.
I hold the right to decline any commission requests at any time. Typically the case will be due to time management.
Drawing Preferences:
I am willing to draw: humans, anthro, chibi, animals, cartoons, anime, fictional characters, clothing/wardrobe designs, food, nature, shipping, oc x canon, canon x canon, or mildly suggestive art.
I work best at drawing anthro, animals, chibi and cartoons with minimal rendering.
I refuse to draw: realism, NSFW, fetish art, heavy mech, heavy gore, or political messages. I will let you know if I'm uncomfortable with your art prompt.
If you are unsure about my drawing preferences it is always okay to ask what prompt you have in mind!
Sticker Products
Specify the dimensions you would like your sticker to be and how many you want.
Specify if you would like holographic lamination or clear lamination.
The cost of design work, materials and shipping will be embedded to the final quote, before taxes.
Shipping stickers to Canada and the United States will be FREE. Shipping stickers internationally will cost $3 CAD
If the design is not an original character, I have the right to keep the design as a listing on my Etsy for future sales. If you want more stickers in the future of your custom design, I will offer you a discount!
Note that colours on physical stickers will look slightly different than the digital file! This is because of the difference with RGB vs. CMYK ink.
